Since 1982, Kitchens Plus has been creating beautiful, custom living spaces for homes all over Northern California. Our founder, Anne Aldridge, started the firm with a vision of designing one-of-a-kind kitchens and baths that would complement a wide range of styles. In 1993, her daughter Jennifer joined the firm, bringing her creative blend of inspired interior design and attention to functional detail. Together, this mother-daughter team has created custom designs for dozens of kitchens, baths, entertainment centers, libraries, and more.

About our Designers

Anne Aldridge - Owner/designer

Annie started Kitchens Plus as a single mother raising two daughters. She holds a BA in Art and is listed in Who's Who among 2000 top women entrepreneurs.

Jennifer Lehr Pearce - Manager/designer

After a brief career in Interior Design, Jennifer happily joined Kitchens Plus in 1993. She holds a BA in Art from SFSU and lives in Kentfield with her husband and children.
